The Embassy of the Philippines in Oslo wishes to inform the Filipino community in Finland that a team from the Embassy will conduct a Consular Outreach Program in Helsinki, Finland in April 2014.

Service Hours : 0930H – 1630H pm (Strictly by on-line appointment only)

The consular outreach program is being undertaken in cooperation with the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Helsinki and the Finnish-Philippine Association.

The following consular services will be rendered during the outreach program:

• Applications for Electronic Passport (ePassport)
• Applications for Reports of Marriage & Birth
• Applications for Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship (Dual Citizenship) under Republic Act 9225 or 10590 for Natural-Born Filipinos who have acquired Finnish citizenship.
